2. Can you print or engrave our company logo on the products?
Yes. With an in-house printing setup at our warehouse, most products can be customised with your company logo, name, message or artwork. Depending on the product and design, available branding methods may include screen printing, UV printing, sublimation, heat transfer, vinyl cutting, embroidery, laser engraving, laser marking, debossing, embossing, sticker printing and epoxy doming. Our team will recommend the most suitable option for your selected item.
3. Can you source a custom promotional item that is not listed on your website?
Yes. If you cannot find the exact product you need, send us a reference image or your specifications, required quantity, budget and deadline. We can explore local or international sourcing, custom-made products, personalised gift sets and branded packaging, subject to availability, minimum quantities and production time.
4. What is the minimum order quantity for customized corporate gifts?
The minimum order quantity depends on the product, stock availability and branding method. Ready-stock products may be available in lower quantities, while fully customised or manufactured items usually require a higher quantity. Bulk pricing is available, and the unit price generally improves as the order quantity increases.
5. How can I request a quotation?
Use the Request a Quote page on our website or send us the product code, website link or reference image by email or WhatsApp. Please include the required quantity, preferred branding, colours, delivery location and required date. We will confirm availability, customisation options, pricing and the estimated timeline.
6. What artwork file format do you need, and will I receive a mock-up?
Vector artwork in AI, EPS or editable PDF format is preferred for the best printing result. A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background may also work for selected methods. You will receive a digital artwork proof or mock-up for approval before production begins.
7. Can I see a sample before confirming a bulk order?
Yes, samples may be arranged depending on product availability. Unprinted samples provided against a cash deposit may be returned within 3 calendar days in unused, undamaged and original condition for a deposit refund. Samples paid for by card and printed or customised samples are non-refundable.
8. How long do production and printing take, and do you accept urgent orders?
Production time depends on the product, quantity, stock availability and customisation method. The confirmed timeline begins after the 50% advance payment and final artwork approval are received. If you have an urgent order or fixed event date, tell us when requesting your quotation and we will confirm the fastest available option.
9. Do you deliver corporate gifts across the UAE and internationally?
Yes. We can arrange delivery across Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and the other UAE emirates. International delivery may also be arranged depending on the destination and order. Delivery charges and timelines are confirmed based on the location, shipment size and urgency.
10. What are your payment terms, and do you provide VAT invoices?
A 50% advance payment is required upon order confirmation to commence production. The remaining 50% balance is due upon delivery of the order. VAT-compliant tax invoices are provided, and VAT-registered companies must supply their correct legal name and Tax Registration Number (TRN).
