These Terms and Conditions apply to all quotations and orders supplied by Fantasy Adv, trading as Fantasy Advertising.

• A 50% advance payment is required upon order confirmation to commence production. The remaining 50% balance is due upon delivery of the order.
• Production will begin only after the advance payment and final artwork or sample approval have been received.
• Customers are responsible for checking all artwork, spelling, colours, sizes, quantities and product details before approval.
• Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and delays.
• Printed, branded or customised products cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once production has started.
• Delivery dates are estimates unless confirmed otherwise in writing.
• Legal-entity customers must provide their correct legal name and, if VAT-registered, their Tax Registration Number (TRN) for the tax invoice.
